FAQs
What do i need to bring for my dogs stay?
Collar, leash and food. We have plenty of toys, beds, bowls and crates to share!
Is there a minimum night stay?
Nope! Your pup can stay as little as one night to as many as you want/need.
where will my dog be kept?
All boarders are kept in our home and are made part of our family during their stay. We do not utilize outdoor kennels for them and crates are used on an as needed basis. We want our home to be a safe space for your furry friend so we strive to make it as comfortable an environment as possible!
can you train my dog while he/she boards with you?
A casual refresher on basic obedience is complimentary during your pups stay. An additional fee will be charged if you want/need more formally structured training sessions.
how many dogs do you board at a time?
To ensure each boarder and our own dogs/pups receive the daily one-on-one interactions they need, we will not board more than two dogs at a time.
is there anything else i need to know before boarding my dog with you?
We require an UTD vaccine history from your veterinarian. If your dog is due for vaccine boosters within 4 weeks of his/her stay, do not have Bordetella administered. Bordetella is a live vaccine that stays in your dogs system and can be spread to other dogs/pups for several weeks after it is administered. If we have newborn pups on the premesis and they are exposed to Bordetella, it can cause them to get pneumonia. Boarding for dogs that receive a Bordetella vaccine within 4 weeks of their schedule stay will be canceled.
We also require that you complete a release form prior to your dogs stay. If your dog is a frequent boarder, release forms need to be renewed annually.
